Don’t think you have the materials needed to make your own? Think again! With only a few items and a little creativity, you can use things that you already have around the house.

All you need is:

A designated corner in your home
Cozy seating area (can be a couch, chair, or even pillows on the floor)
A Pillow or two
A Blanket
Lamp or reading light
Side table
Plants or other things that bring you joy to look at

Window Gazing

Setting up your cozy corner near a window creates a peaceful setting for contemplation and meditation. It will also allow for sunlight exposure which positively affects your mood and well-being.
